Retrieves the name of a USD prim, with support for custom overrides.

Determines the name of a prim by:

1. Using the default prim name from USD

2. Checking authored “isaac:NameOverride” joint names before legacy names

3. Falling back to “isaac:nameOverride” (still canonical for links) An authored empty or blocked canonical value selects the prim name.
